It started with the desire to help as many people as possible to access functional fitness, while at the same time overcoming the barriers to it. The fact that the workouts look intimidating, that the gym is full of fit people. We wanted to remove that and so, SOAR was born.
This is our class specifically tailored to athletes over 50. The focus is on moving well using exercises that will positively impact your life outside the gym. Workouts are challenging and change every single day so there’s no chance of boredom.
All of our amazing SOAR members have noticed an increase in their strength, mobility and confidence and this is a wonderful community of people to join.
