FORGE

The aim of FORGE sessions is based on the concept of “armour building”

FORGE will create a base level of strength, durability and conditioning that will prepare your body for anything life throws at you (including nasty IGNITE workouts!)

Utilising basic tools - barbells and kettlebells - and time under tension and ballistic exercises, we will focus on developing skill, speed, power and strength as well as mobility and conditioning.

Expect big lifts, plenty of swings and complexes - and lots of fun!
