GO TRAIN EAST ROX
On Saturday 17th August we ran our first HYROX Sim and the first ever completely outdoor HYROX event.
It was a huge success!

In the meantime, we run regular HYROX training sessions, every Thursday at 6:30am, 9:15am and 6:30pm
